When page extraction is useful
A single long PDF can contain a lot of information that is not relevant to your current task. Extracting pages is useful when you need an appendix, a chapter, a set of legal pages, or a single section from a larger report.
A simple extraction method
- Open the PDF and count the pages.
- Choose the specific page numbers or ranges you want.
- Extract those pages into one new PDF.
- Review the output to make sure the order still makes sense.
